Log cabin with a beautiful pond as a front yard.
Deer Ridge Lookout, Idaho. 24 miles away from Bonners Ferry, Idaho where I will be spending my summer. It is a 14 x 14 cabin that is on a 40 foot high frame that you can rent for a night. Too bad it is booked for most of the summer.
Neighbors log house down the road where I grew up. Barb and Mel were from the States. They bought two log houses and put them together on summer with the help of all the neighbors that lived down our lane. I was in charge of chinking the mud that holds the logs together I think I was 8 when they built this…great memories of babysitting their children too.
